The trade mission has been approved by RVO, which means that participants are entitled to an RVO subsidy of €1,500.

The participation fee for the trade mission to the ABC Islands is €3,500 excluding VAT, as well as travel and accommodation costs.
In case of cancellation up to 10 days before departure, 50% of the costs will be charged. For cancellations up to 7 days before departure, 75% will be charged, and for cancellations made 5 days or less prior, 100% of the costs will be charged. If you wish to cancel your registration, we recommend appointing a substitute to compensate for the costs.
